Services

Three services, each agreed in writing.

Every engagement is scoped and costed through a written quotation before work or payment. The quotation sets the full price in pounds sterling, applicable taxes, the schedule and the revisions included.

Publishing governance

Page ownership, publishing rules, update requests and clear responsibilities for everyone who contributes to the site.

What is included

  • A page ownership register: every page or section of the site matched to a named owner
  • Publishing rules: what may be published, by whom, and what needs approval first
  • An update request route, so changes arrive in one shape instead of five inboxes
  • Responsibilities for contributors, written as working agreements rather than policy wallpaper

What you provide

  • A list of the sites or sections in scope, with current page inventories where they exist
  • The people involved today: who writes, who approves, who publishes
  • Any rules already in force, even informal ones

What is handed over

  • The ownership register as an editable document
  • The publishing rules and update request route, written and ready to use
  • A short reader for contributors, so the rules reach the people they bind

Operational workflow

Approval stages, a content calendar, status tracking, version control and review cycles that match how the organisation actually works.

What is included

  • Approval stages with named approvers and fallback routes for absence
  • A content calendar structure the team can keep without a dedicated tool
  • Status tracking conventions: the states a page moves through and what each means
  • Version control rules for documents and pages, and review cycles with set triggers

What you provide

  • How work moves today: a rough picture is enough, we formalise it
  • The tools in use for drafts, storage and publishing
  • The points where things currently stall or get lost

What is handed over

  • The workflow written as an operating document, stage by stage
  • Calendar and status conventions with worked examples
  • Review cycle rules: what is reviewed, when, and by whom

Implementation materials

Ready-made governance frameworks and practical documentation that keep publishing consistent after the engagement ends.

What is included

  • A governance framework tailored to the agreed structure, not a generic template
  • Practical documentation: request forms, record layouts, checklists and calendar formats
  • Coordination of contributors during implementation, where the quotation includes it
  • Support for ongoing publishing routines where agreed in writing

What you provide

  • Access to the people who will use the materials, for questions and walkthroughs
  • A decision on where the documents will live, so the formats fit the home they get

What is handed over

  • The framework and the full set of working documents, delivered digitally
  • Handover notes that explain how each piece is used and updated
  • Everything in formats the team can edit without us

Not sure which line fits? The first enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing: describe the situation on the Contact page and the reply will say which service, if any, matches it.

The quotation comes first. Work begins after you accept it in writing.
